If you have a broken part, an existing component, a sketch or an idea that needs development, use our custom quote form. Include photographs, approximate dimensions, quantity, intended use and any deadline so we can assess the work required.
Submitting an enquiry is free. Projects requiring CAD design, 3D scanning or reverse engineering have a minimum design and development fee of A$200. We confirm the scope, fees and deliverables before paid work begins. Manufacturing, shipping and any required travel are quoted separately.
Local drop-off, collection and delivery
Local drop-off of parts for scanning or reverse engineering, and collection of completed parts, can be arranged in Lilydale. Please contact us before travelling so we can confirm the arrangements and location.
We also ship Australia-wide and can arrange international delivery. If you need to send us a physical component, get in touch first so we can confirm what is needed for your project.
