Custom design & development fees
Projects requiring CAD design, 3D scanning or reverse engineering have a minimum design and development fee of A$200, with the final fee determined by the scope, size and complexity of the project.
Your quote will outline the agreed work, deliverables and any included design revisions. Payment for the agreed stage is required before work begins. Larger projects may involve staged payments.
Revisions are limited to the allowance specified in your quote. Additional revision rounds, alternative concepts or changes to the agreed requirements will incur additional fees. We will confirm these fees with you and obtain your approval before undertaking the additional work. Corrections needed to meet the agreed brief are not treated as additional customer-requested revisions.
Manufacturing, shipping and any required travel or on-site attendance are quoted separately. Applicable charges will be confirmed before the relevant work or visit begins.
Completed design work remains payable if you decide not to proceed with manufacturing. Cancellation and refund terms will be provided with your quote and do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
